The relevant laws of Pakistan shall control and interpret any dispute or claim arising from or related to this Website. 

2. Exchange Policy

We provide the opportunity to replace the item within seven days after delivery if:

  • The exchange request is submitted within the mentioned period.
  • When the product is delivered, it is flawed or broken.
  • The item that was originally ordered is not the same as what was received.
  • The price tags, labels, and original packaging are all missing from the package.

We will need pictures of the outside of the package provided to us before it is discarded if the product is found to be damaged or if items are missing from the packaging.

Every request will be examined separately by our staff, who will work to find a just solution. Should it be accepted, we will:

  • Provide a different item or offer customers an equal-value voucher that can be used on our Website within 30 days.

Requests for exchanges or disputes will not be honored after seven days from the date of goods delivery.

3. Customer Responsibility

  • Buyers have complete responsibility for the products, sizes, colors, and things they choose.
  • Every purchase is made sincerely.
  • We request that clients verify the accuracy and up-to-date nature of their name, phone number, and address.

4. Privacy and Data Use

  • To get in touch with you about shipping updates or purchases.
  • To confirm your age or, if necessary, your identity.

We accept secure online payments with debit or credit cards, including Visa.

  • Visa / MasterCard credit or debit cards
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) for local orders (Pakistan only)
